Dat\u00e9 du 5.02.2023<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.6.5″ _module_preset=”default” hover_enabled=”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″] Lawded organise et supervise quatre concours rattach\u00e9s aux cat\u00e9gories de droit suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n Lawded a la responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019organisation et du bon d\u00e9roulement du Concours.<\/p>\n Le Comit\u00e9 d\u00e9cide du d\u00e9cernement d\u2019un prix aux Laur\u00e9at(s).<\/p>\n Pour chacun des concours, un Comit\u00e9 est form\u00e9 entre Lawded et le Partenaire sponsorisant le prix.<\/p>\n Le Comit\u00e9 est form\u00e9 de 2 repr\u00e9sentants du Partenaire et 1 repr\u00e9sentant de Lawded.<\/p>\n Les membres du Comit\u00e9 votent par t\u00eate. Les d\u00e9cisions prises sont enti\u00e8rement discr\u00e9tionnaires.<\/p>\n La participation \u00e0 un concours est libre et ouverte \u00e0 tout un chacun.<\/p>\n Le participant signifie son consentement en cochant la case ad hoc au moment de la publication de travail sur Lawded (https:\/\/lawded.ch\/publier\/)<\/a> ou oralement lors du d\u00e9p\u00f4t en cas de publication via la Collection Lawded.<\/p>\n Le participant est inscrit dans le ou les concours correspondants aux cat\u00e9gories de droits du concours. Les cat\u00e9gories de droits s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre modifi\u00e9s lors de la soumission du travail par Lawded \u00e0 discr\u00e9tion afin que celle-ci refl\u00e8te la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de la cat\u00e9gorisation du travail.<\/p>\n Le participant s\u2019engage \u00e0 respecter scrupuleusement les conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales d\u2019utilisation de la plateforme et le pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement.<\/p>\n Le concours se d\u00e9roulera annuellement du 1er<\/sup> janvier 202X au 1er<\/sup> janvier 202X+1. La premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e du concours \u00e9tant 2022.<\/p>\n Les 10 f\u00e9vrier, le repr\u00e9sentant de Lawded si\u00e9geant au Comit\u00e9 effectuera un tri pr\u00e9alable et retiendra \u00e0 discr\u00e9tion une s\u00e9lection de 5 travaux. \u00a0Ces travaux seront soumis au sein d\u2019un Comit\u00e9<\/p>\n Les prix seront d\u00e9cern\u00e9s les 28 f\u00e9vriers et communiqu\u00e9s sur les r\u00e9seaux (LinkedIn et Newsletter mensuelle) de Lawded, \u00e9ventuellement des Partenaires, ainsi qu\u2019aux Laur\u00e9ats directement par email.<\/p>\n Le travail est automatiquement retir\u00e9 par acte unilat\u00e9ral en cas de modification du travail dans l\u2019espace personnel de l\u2019utilisateur\/participant (https:\/\/lawded.ch\/mes-publications\/)<\/a>.<\/p>\n La violation du pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement peut \u00eatre sanctionn\u00e9e en proportion de sa gravit\u00e9. Des violations graves, comme p.ex. un comportement d\u00e9loyal, une tromperie, une tricherie, peuvent entra\u00eener une exclusion et une demande de restitution des prix.<\/p>\n En cas d\u2019impr\u00e9cision du pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement, Lawded est seul comp\u00e9tent pour r\u00e9pondre aux questions et compl\u00e9ter si besoin.<\/p>\n Le Comit\u00e9 se r\u00e9serve le droit de modifier le pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement \u00e0 discr\u00e9tion sans annonce pr\u00e9alable ou post\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n Les Prix sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9s annuellement par le Partenaire et Lawded. En principe, il en existe deux par cat\u00e9gorie.<\/p>\n Ils sont affich\u00e9s sur le site (https:\/\/lawded.ch\/concours\/)<\/a> via la page du concours.<\/p>\n Les prix libell\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re p\u00e9cuniaire sont d\u00e9cern\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on hybride, soit un paiement en fiat, ou en bon d\u2019achat chez un \u00e9diteur et\/ou un ou plusieurs ouvrages juridiques en lien avec le th\u00e8me du concours.<\/p>\n Les prix libell\u00e9s en \u00ab\u00a0nature\u00a0\u00bb, comme par exemple les stages d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, sont d\u00e9livr\u00e9s directement par le Partenaire et selon ses propres modalit\u00e9s en commun accord avec le Laur\u00e9at.<\/p>\n Lawded exclut toute responsabilit\u00e9 en cas de non-ex\u00e9cution, d\u2019ex\u00e9cution imparfaite, d\u00e9fectueuse ou autre de la Part du Partenaire. Lawded bears no liability in the displaying or lesion of personality or any other lesion in relation with the publishing on Lawded\u2019s social media.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Art.13 Notice and take down & Copyrights complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
If you are a copyright owner and you believe that your copyrighted materials have been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you can send us an email (info@lawded.ch<\/a>)alleging your claim and we will at plausible notice or in reasonable doubts put it the content into quarantine.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
