Nous partons du principe que le partage de\u00a0tout travail est utile<\/strong> et que chaque auteur a un int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 produire des publications de qualit\u00e9, tant pour la communaut\u00e9 doctrinale que pour sa propre r\u00e9putation.<\/span><\/p>\n

En quelques mots, Lawded te permet de gratuitement\u00a0consulter<\/strong> et publier<\/strong> des travaux juridiques ainsi que de les\u00a0diffuser<\/strong>\u00a0au sein des r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/strong>\u00a0et dans une newsletter<\/strong> mensuelle.<\/span><\/p>\n

La plateforme est un outil alliant\u00a0technologie de pointe et philosophie open access\u00a0<\/strong>dans le but de t’offrir la possibilit\u00e9 de partager en toute libert\u00e9 tes travaux avec le plus grand nombre afin qu’ils aient une r\u00e9elle utilit\u00e9 pratique.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le constat aujourd’hui en Suisse<\/h2>\n

Aujourd\u2019hui, la Suisse compte environ\u00a010\u2019000 \u00e9tudiants en droit<\/strong> qui doivent n\u00e9cessairement produire des travaux juridiques au cours de leurs cursus acad\u00e9mique.<\/p>\n

Toutefois, ces \u00e9tudiants ne se voient pas offrir la possibilit\u00e9 de publier.<\/strong>\u00a0Par cons\u00e9quent, les travaux finissent dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas oubli\u00e9s sur des disques durs anonymes, voir plagi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Pourtant, ces travaux sont pr\u00e9cieux. D\u2019abord car ils sont une source abondante d\u2019\u00e9tudes et d\u2019analyses r\u00e9centes sur des th\u00e8mes divers. Ensuite, ils sont le fruit d’un travail cons\u00e9quent souvent de plusieurs mois. Et enfin, car ils font l\u2019objet d\u2019une \u00e9valuation dans le cadre acad\u00e9mique.<\/p>\n

Les travaux restent 100% propri\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong> de leur auteur et ne font pas l’objet d’une proc\u00e9dure de r\u00e9vision. <\/span><\/p>\n

En revanche, nous mettons en place des m\u00e9canismes<\/strong> permettant d\u2019\u00e9valuer la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 des auteurs.\u00a0Par exemple, les auteurs doivent publier sous leur vrai nom<\/strong>, ou encore tout utilisateur peut laisser une appr\u00e9ciation<\/strong> sous forme de note.<\/span><\/p>\n

En pratique, on estime que les auteurs connaissent la valeur de leurs travaux et qu’ils ont un droit \u00e0 ne pas \u00eatre censur\u00e9. Quant au contenu produit, il en est du ressort de la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9<\/strong> de l\u2019auteur. Toutefois ce dernier, dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas n\u2019\u00e9crit qu’une \u00e9tude qui reproduit les opinions des ouvrages de la doctrine la plus r\u00e9cente. <\/span><\/p>\n

Du reste pour le lecteur, la gratuit\u00e9 fait qu’il a tout \u00e0 gagner du partage dans ces conditions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
